For more than 20 years, Peter has worked closely with programs that send senior-level business volunteers to developing countries.  He is a committed social entrepreneur who believes that “business volunteerism” can be a powerful force for social good in the developing world.

Prior to starting Give Back Global, Peter spent more than 14 years (1991-2006) in senior staff and management jobs at International Executive Service Corps (IESC), one of the world’s leading nonprofit international development organizations.  His last position at the company was as Director of Global Program Resources (2003-2006).  In this role, he managed IESC’s Skills Bank database of 10,000+ senior-level business volunteers and also led the Recruiting Department, which each year placed hundreds of business volunteers on short-term projects in 40 developing countries around the world.  Peter is thoroughly familiar with all the systems, processes and procedures required to mobilize large numbers of volunteers overseas on development assistance projects.

Peter began his career in the field of U.S.-Soviet trade.  He has a master’s degree in International Management from
